You are welcome at Oceanside Community Church:
Worship is something we believe in and
practice; but it is more than just going to
church. It is something welling up within
us. Worship is an experience for those who
prepare themselves for it. It is not an act
alone, but a harvest of all life’s attitudes at
work. Worship is measured by our daily walk,
by our whole manner of living. Jesus
Christ has given us vital keys for successful
Christian living. Millions have discovered
and experienced how to live the victorious
life of Christian victory -- so can you!
We Like People. We are Christians
who rejoice in the privilege of
membership in God’s church. Especially
precious to us is that unifying love
which is inherent in the Christian experience
and which is vital for the effectiveness
of the Christian witness in today’s
world. We are glad to affirm our continuing
identity with a century old movement
within the Church, a particular group of
Christians known as the Church of God
(with general offices in Anderson, Indiana).
We treasure the fact that:
We have discovered the key to happiness is
Jesus Christ and the way to a happy, successful
life is faithfully following Him. We are
learning how to discover God’s plan for
our lives, how to lean on the power of the
Holy Spirit and how to leave our mistakes
at the foot of the Cross.
